Monday is typically a rest day for competitive cyclist. The best way to rest is by spinning. Active recovery helps keep the legs loose and fresh. For newer cyclist, this is an opportunity to ride with more experienced riders. Feel free to ask questions about training, racing and equipment.
In cycling, one persons spin is another's big mashing gear.
Since we are all different, this is a chance to
meet in the middle and have some fun.
: Should range from 15-20mph, with some fun spin ups.
Distances: 16, 20 or 24 miles.
This ride is meant to encourage cyclist and not to hurt them. Remember, that this is a recovery ride for competitive cyclists and a good training ride for newer ones. So join us for a great ride.
